Dan Dube, Managing Director

Dan has over 22 years of experience in business process re-engineering and implementation of standards-based content management and publishing systems. He co-founded Lighthouse Solutions, an XML systems integration company, and was its President for three years. He has led the successful deployment of approximately ninety XML-based content management and publishing systems around the world in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, legal publishing, aviation, automotive, insurance and software documentation. He designed and managed the implementation of automated localization systems based on XML components that are currently used in production at several Global 2000 companies.

Henk de Jonge, Chief Financial Officer

Henk has leveraged his background in psychology and law to build a number of successful businesses. Since 2001, his vision was to increase the use of technology within the localisation industry, with a focus on closing the gap between the Internet, content management technology, and localisation services. Strategic planning and development led to the creation of the DocZone.com platform.
